We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, prepare requested next steps, and maintain relevant business records. We use applicant information to assess applications and communicate about roles. We use limited technical information to secure, operate, diagnose, and improve the website. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on your request, steps toward a contract, our legitimate operational interests, consent where requested, or a legal obligation.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to operate this website and receive submissions, including Cloudflare for delivery and security, Sanity for content management, and Formspree when forms are enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and data-processing commitments and may process information in countries outside your own. We do not sell personal information.
5. Forms and retention
Project inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months unless an engagement begins, a longer period is legally required, or you ask us to delete them sooner. Unsuccessful applicant files are normally retained for up to 12 months unless you agree to a longer talent-pool period or applicable law requires otherwise. Operational and security records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.
6. Measurement and browser storage
The site may use privacy-oriented aggregate measurement and first-party diagnostics. Form messages, personal field values, filenames, and CV contents are not sent to analytics. Session storage may remember that the brief homepage introduction has already played. Staff preview tools may use a cookie when an authorized editor enables draft mode.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
